President’s Greeting

Global Solution Services, Ltd. was founded in April 1998 with the ”Quick Garage” face-to-face personal computer repair service positioned as the core business. Since then, we have facilitated business support operations in many areas while maintaining a primary focus on personal computers. Our services include personal computer repair
services for products of multiple vendors, central repairs, data recovery, network　integration, helpdesk service, and solution services that address issues shared by
our customers.

To create these distinct functions, we have striven to fulfill our motto, "Quality is the mainstay of our business," placing top priority on earning the trust of our customers.

Going forward, we will collaborate with customers towards creating businesses focused on remaining one step ahead of the times as we respond to the changing needs arising from the recent drastic changes in the market environment.

As a trusted partner, we will mobilize the wealth of our accumulated know-how and aim to further upgrade and expand our multi-vendor services, which differentiate us from our competitors. Moreover, we will continue to work toward becoming the "company that smiles the most," allowing us to contribute to society in a way that can be truly felt by us and our co-founders.
