PC Pickup, Repair and Delivery Service
PC Pickup, Repair and Delivery Service offers you maximum convenience: Our designated courier company goes to your home (or your specified location) with a dedicated PC transportation box, doing the troublesome work of packing your PC for you and picking it up; and after repair the PC is delivered to your home.
How to Apply for PC Pickup, Repair and Delivery Service
After checking its content, apply for the service via:
※If your application reaches us by 17:00 on the day before your specified date for pickup, we will arrange for pickup on that date. Please note that for your application arriving on a Saturday or Sunday, pickup will take place the following Monday or later.
Service Process
Upon receipt of your application, we contact you for confirmation.
Our designated courier company goes to pick up your failed PC on your specified date. The PC is tested and repaired at our repair center.
In-warranty repairs on your PC are free of charge. (However, you are responsible for the cost of such repairs resulting from your negligence, e.g., damage caused to the PC by accidentally dropping it or spilling liquid over it.)
Out-of-warranty repairs on your PC are performed without informing you of our repair cost estimate if it is within your pre-authorized limit;
otherwise we inform you of our estimated repair cost. (Cancellation of your repair request after pickup of your PC is subject to a cancellation charge of \8,400, tax included.)
Chargeable repair is billed on a “parts cost plus technical fee” basis.
If our testing of your PC cannot reproduce its malfunction as described by you, we return the PC as is and charge you a testing fee of \8,400, tax included.

We inform you of the completion of repair.Your PC is shipped back to you according to your convenience.
You may pay for chargeable repair by PayPal upon completion of the repair or pay by COD (cash on delivery) through the courier company upon delivery of the repaired PC.
You are responsible for the round-trip freight charges and COD fee.
Information and Notice
- Covering manufacturers are Apple / Fujitsu (Compaq) / IBM / Lenovo / NEC. The round trip shipping and COD (Cash on delivery) fee will be charged to the customer.
- The data in your hard drive
If the possibility of hard disk failure, there are cases of hard disk initialization or data erase. Before shipping, please back up your necessary data. - Please bundle the recovery CD-ROM, OS, application programs, etc.
- Please be sure to fill out your daytime contact phone number.
- Pick-up time of your PC, it may be around a little due to traffic conditions.
- Some models can be repaired by only manufacturers.
- Printers and scanners are not supported.
- Onsite PC Repair service is not covered.
