Use of Courier Service

If there is no Quick Garage shop in your neighborhood or if you find it difficult to carry your failed PC into a Quick Garage shop, courier service is available to you for carrying in the equipment for repair and then carrying it back to you after repair.You can apply for the courier service by phone, fax, or the application form available on our website.

  • You may send your PC direct to us freight prepaid.
  • You may ask us to arrange for pickup of your PC (except if you are located on a remote island).
  • You are responsible for the courier service charge. Please see the charge table below.

Transportation boxes (separately chargeable)

If you use courier service, we recommend that wherever possible, you pack your PC in the box in which it was originally contained when purchased. Packing the machine in any other Transportation boxes for Power Mac G5 and Mac Pro are available at our Akihabara shop for the following
separate charge:

You may pay by cash or by credit card (at some Quick Garage shops).

If you choose to have your PC returned by courier service after repair, you may pay by COD (cash on delivery), PayPal (online credit card payment service) or bank transfer (except if you are located on a remote island).
※You are responsible for the COD fee or bank transfer fee, as the case.

Service Parts

Genuine manufacturer parts

If your PC is repaired with parts ordered from the manufacturer of the equipment, all original parts replaced with the new parts will become the property of GSS or the manufacturer and will be disposed of as specified by the manufacturer.

Discontinued models with no available parts

If your failed PC is a discontinued model for which service parts are no longer supplied, we do not service the equipment in principle. In such case, however, please consult us in advance. Depending on the location of the fault, we may be able to fix it using the following parts:

  • Hard disk drive of other make handled by GSS
  • Common parts shared by other models that continue to be stably supplied
  • Parts brought by you (See “Parts Warranty” below.)

Parts Warranty

Replacement parts used for repair are warranted for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of repair completion.
However, no warranty is provided for repairs using the following parts:

  • Parts already discontinued (or to be discontinued)
  • Parts brought by you

About PC Keep after work completion

The keep period of PC is 90 days from the work completion.
After 90 days, GSS will assume “the customers waiver” and dispose it without prior notice.
