We primarily service the main units of PCs (Macintosh; excluding those models for which no service parts are available).
Any monitors we may accept are only passed on to the factory of the manufacturer for repair.
We do not accept any iPod, iPad, iPhone or printer for repair.

Our main service for these products is to repair the equipment at our repair center or pass it on to the factory of the manufacturer for repair.
When you request a repair, please allow sufficient time for the repair to be completed.
Service Process
You carry your failed PC into our repair shop. Over the counter our technical staff help you with your PC problem. If you find it difficult to carry in your failed PC, you can use courier service to do the work for you.
※If parts replacement or time-consuming testing is required to repair your PC, you have to temporarily leave it with us.
In such case, you are given an equipment receipt (if you appear personally at the shop).
※If you have critical data stored on the hard disk drive (HDD), please consult the repair shop when submitting your repair request. Data Recovery Service
The shop diagnoses your PC and informs you of the results of the diagnosis and a repair cost estimate.
Such diagnosis outside the period or scope of manufacturer’s warranty requires a charge of \8,400, tax included (plus the charge for courier service if used).
The shop informs you upon completion of the repair. You visit the shop with the equipment receipt. You can take your PC in exchange for your payment of any charge incurred.

When your HDD is faulty, you can choose from different replacement HDDs!

Genuine manufacturer-made HDD
The replacement charge is as specified by the manufacture.
The original HDD replaced will be returned to the manufacture.

The replacement charge is the cost of replacement HDD plus a labor charge of
\14,700 (tax included).

About Data Protection and Backup
Unless the hard disk fails, we try as much as possible to protect data.
However, to do work on the inside of PCs, regardless of hard disk failure, GSS does not have any responsibilities for the data. Additionally, GSS does not provide the data backup because there is a risk of information leakage in the process at all. We recommend you make a backup of your data as possible before the repair.
PC Pickup, Repair and Delivery Service
If you use PC Pickup, Repair and Delivery Service, a courier company working for Quick Garage picks up your PC for repair and delivers it to you after repair. It also frees you from the troublesome work of packing the equipment for shipping. The freight cost is covered by you.
