Data Recovery Service
Service Process
In partnership with DriveSavers, a U.S. data recovery company recommended by major PC and HDD manufactures, as well as with leading Japanese technology vendors, Global Solution Services (GSS) rescues data from HDDs and other storage media damaged by dropping, fire, immersion in water, viruses, PC malfunctions, or other causes. Our data recovery service boasts a success rate of over 90%.
You carry or send in your faulty HDD or other storage media. Upon receipt of the media by our repair shop, you fill in the following forms for submission to us, pay an initial diagnosis charge, and leave the media with us.

We forward the faulty storage media to our designated facility for initial diagnosis, which takes about seven to ten days. Upon completion of the diagnosis, the facility informs you of the results and a recovery cost estimate. (Depending on the nature of the fault, this diagnostic work is performed by DriveSavers headquarters or partner vendors.)
The data recovery charge is \60,900 or upward (tax included), depending on the nature of the fault.
Upon completion of data recovery work, our repair shop informs you. If data recovery work has been actually done, we hand you media containing the recovered data in exchange for your payment of the data recovery charge.
